Tell Alaska's Congressional Delegation to listen to us, not a foreign mining company
The federal government is forcing ahead a process on the Pebble Mine that ignores the voices of the Alaska people. The Pebble Mine has continued pursing federal permits for their project.
And despite our delegation making comments that a permitting process would be “fair, rigorous and transparent," (that one is from Sen. Murkowski) the first report issued by the federal government as a part of the permitting process was rushed, incomplete and showed little concern for the protection of Bristol Bay.
Because Bristol Bay is a national treasure and its people, wildlife and the greatest wild salmon fishery on earth depend on it, please ask our Congressional Delegation to protect our irreplaceable salmon fishery.
